Erica co-founded Lando Solutions in 2024 and is the Founder and President of Honeycutt Solutions, which she built into a highly successful land services company in less than three years. A proven entrepreneur and industry leader, she is known for turning vision into execution, building strong teams, and creating systems that deliver measurable results.

With more than 20 years of experience in energy land management, Erica has led projects across multiple states for private operators, private equity-backed companies, individuals, and large public organizations. Her expertise spans land management strategy, division order services, contract compliance, acquisitions and divestitures, workflow design, and data-driven operations.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and is a Certified Professional Lease and Title Analyst (CPLTA) and Certified Division Order Analyst (CDOA).

CO-FOUNDER & CTO

Bryan is a software engineer and technology leader with more than 20 years of experience building systems for the oil and gas industry. As Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Lando Solutions, he leads platform architecture, product development, and technical strategy, turning complex land and asset management challenges into practical, scalable software.

Before launching Lando, Bryan spent his career developing and deploying land administration tools that improved workflows, data visibility, and operational efficiency. His background includes deep experience in land data, title, and lease systems, most recently serving as Director of Title and Lease at QEP Energy, where he combined technical development with industry expertise.

Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a specialty in Computer Science from the Colorado School of Mines, bringing a strong technical foundation and decades of hands-on development experience to his role as CTO.

MANAGING MEMBER - CMO

Kimbra joined Lando Solutions in 2024 as a Managing Member and Chief Marketing Officer, helping shape the company’s vision, brand, and market presence. She brings more than 15 years of experience in oil and gas land administration, with deep expertise in federal lands, data management, and operations.

She also serves as a Land Administration Specialist at Honeycutt Solutions, known for her precision, organization, and strong industry relationships. Kimbra blends technical knowledge with a passion for design, contributing to Lando’s brand identity and communication strategy.

She holds degrees from the University of Colorado Boulder and the Art Institute of Denver and is a Registered Landman with the AAPL.

CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER

Emily joined Lando Solutions in 2025 as Customer Success Manager, supporting clients through onboarding, implementation, and long-term platform adoption. She brings more than 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and is known for strong customer support, accuracy, and organization.

Her expertise includes lease and contract records, data conversion, system implementations, auditing, procedural analysis, payment compliance, and data management. She also plays a key role in testing data and workflows to ensure Lando’s processes function correctly and support real-world land operations.

Emily holds a Bachelor’s degree in Studio Art from Oklahoma State University and a Master’s degree in Energy Legal Studies from Oklahoma City University. She has been a Certified Professional Lease and Title Analyst (CPLTA) since 2017.
